Does anybody run these?  They are really inexpensive.  Are they any good?

ive always thought the maudio mics were good as individuals from time to time in the studio, but i find their quality control to be a bit lacking to say the least.  two mics from the same production line can sound nothing like eachother.  for low cost pair options for large diaphragm mics i might look towards studio projects or adk.

So, I guess I should not believe their claim that all of these mics are perfectly matched.

I'm waiting till I can afford something better, but I've been wondering about these for a while.

i dont believe it, but everyone says it- ya kno?  like AT makes that claim all the time, but let me tell you from experience that it isnt that way.  i remember using two 4041's about 100 numbers apart and they sounded totally different- like night and day.
