I got 2 sets of windscreens with my TL's, one that came in the flight case, another set that came later in a box, the second set was much better, nice and beefy, and if the wind is a blowing, run the omni's, that helps a ton, though you will still get phase issues

I have his old TLs/windscreens and they are Neumann screens.  Nice beefy screens for sure.

Did anyone notice how funky the TL windscreens smell right out of the case?  Aromatic petrochemical goodness!  :-X
Oh, I want some Neumann windscreens, too, but so far the originals have been working fine.  I'm interested on the extra ones they sent out, anyone have any more info on those?

Not sure how I got both, just a box showed up one day from ADK with a different set of screens, nicer than the one's that came with the set...I am not going to complain ;D

I've been using TL's with the stock windscreens for almost 3 years now and haven't had a problem with wind.  I'm not saying I've never heard a rumble, but not enough to make me seek out new screens.
