Try partsexpress.com or wirecare.com.  Both have good selections of tubing, though I always got mine from partsexpress.

Last time I got some, I got it from ebay.   3:1 in various lengths, colors, and then some.

Ken

is 3:1
better than the 2:1?
does it just shrink more and tighter?

would you recommend 3:1 over 2:1?

3:1 means it shrinks to 1/3 it's original size, and so it's tighter and stiffer.  I definitely prefer it.
2:1 means it shrinks to 1/2 its original size and seems to be the default sold in stores (at Ratshack, etc).
