This is what Ted fixed me up with. I'm ready for anything:
2' pair of snaked XLR Males > RCAs (For RCA Tape outs of a SBD)
2' pair of snaked XLR Males > 1/4" Males (For 1/4" outs of a SBD)
2 pairs of 3' Y-Cable Splitters (1 XLR Female > 2 XLR Males) to split a SBD feed
2'Pair of Chopped right Angle > Straight Normal XLRS breakout
