seek tables, mkw, and XP

I can't seem to make a .shn with the seek table appended with XP. I did it all day long with Win 98 before the switch. Any help? Thank you

well...probably a stupid suggestion but have you checked your setting in mkw?  maybe you should set mkw to in windows 98 compatibility mode...other than not, not sure.  mkw can be finicky.  why not go with flac?  just as good IMO
