Just wondering if some body can help me out contacting a taper named Brian Lee.He patched out of me last night for Bloomington and gave me his email so I could contact him about getting a clone of the second set.(But I forgot it)They wouldnt allow mic stands in ,so when the lights went down I was busy messing with my mic stand and forgot to unpause my D-8 >:(I haven't done that in years.I only missed about a minute, but still its incomplete.I would like to get it up on bt.etree .Anyway his name is Brian Lee I think he said his nickname was "blee" Mabey from Indy, I dont know.Thanks to anyone who can help me out.Peace,Brent

Yep no stands.You had to check your stand in at coat check ;) I ran my stand about four or five feet.I got busted the last song of the second set by someone in wsp's crew.He wasent very happy.He said because of some fire code the Auditorium had, mic stands were not allowed in.Something along those lines I think. So I held them the last two songs.

it's IU's auditorium policy.  it's a VERY nice room with a nazi staff.  i'm sure panic had no control as it was probably stated in the contracts to perform at the venue when they booked and finalized the show.

hmmm, they let me take a stand in for the counting crows back in 02.  no problems at all... that is until 5 minutes before the CC's came on and they made me go back by the board since tapers were supposed to be in the "section".  the section consisted of me, my wife, and my gear back by the board.  ::)
