So you're asking where to find them for purchase?

If it's worth getting off the couch, it's worth taping!

Target.... Energizer 2500 maha 4 pack $8.99

I would suggest getting a good charger from www.thomasdistributing.com though.

As far I can find, Thomas Distributing only has 2300s, but the Powerex batteries seem to be understated in their capacity - likely equivalent, if not better, than 2500 Energizers.  Local purchase is pretty convenient though.

I would take the powerex over any other brand that I have tried.  Highly recommended.  I've not seen the powerex brand through any other distributors besides Thomas, if that makes a difference.

i like the LENMAR brand.

it's hard to believe that i taped a 75min opener, unloaded that tape, loaded a fresh DAT and taped a 150min headliner and had still 4 bars left on my M1 with a single pair of 2450maH Lenmar AA.

With the energizers 2500's,  I got 2.5 hours for a wilco show on my fp-24 giving 48v phantom and the battery indicator never changed from green.

I've had great luck with the energizers. You also can't beat buying them and taking them home instead of waiting for them to be shipped
