I'm about to purchase a    Sharp MD-DR480H. Just wondering what mics I could purchase to make a decent quality stealth recording.        Would I also need a battery box?  Hopefully in the 200 range. The specs of the md are as follows..     Specifications :

Some of the first mics that come to mind are:

Core Sound (though I have found the binaurals to be too noisy for doing classical or unamplified jazz- haven't tried any thing else besides high end stuff)
