I bought Nick Culbreth's ST-120 and it came in the mail today ;D
Just got it hooked up. Currently a Toshiba 3960 > HK AVR 20 being used as a pre > ST-120 > Axiom M22ti's
The difference between the shatty Harman Kardon AVR 20 alone and using the ST-120 are night and day. I sat down and put on DSOTM (first thing I found around the basement) and was amazed. I've found the soundstage I've been missing....
I'm giddy :P

Glad you're enjoying the ST-140. :)

Upgrading/changing playback gear is incredibly satisfying, is it not? I'm due for some changes myself...I wish I could swing the total playback gear replacement all at once just for kicks, but as it is I'll enjoy hearing the different changes as I make them. Gotta make a call tomorrow for a 5000ES (just couldn't bring myself to spend more than 2x on the 9000ES). Woohoo!!

DSOTM is still one of the first discs I play whenever I get new gear. congrats on the new toy.
