How much do the bodies cost?

Not sure.  Bought the hyper set.  Sold the caps here.    Think u can buy separate.   They have bodies, and even smaller bodies with hard wire cables.  Nice option as u can swap caps and order them ( bodies w/hard wire cables ) sets of 2 4 and 6.  Like a 4-6 channel kcy cable but 48 volt phantom only needed.  Great cable management for peeps running multiple sets of mics

Buy yourself a full set.  Try one of the wide cards. Worth the cost if u only use them once in a while,  and easy to sell if not for u.

Cool. I have a set of the 150's . Good to know that the amp works with schoeps caps . Kind of like a set with the cmc1 amp but way cheaper . I'd still like to know if the kc5 active cables would work with the b9 caps and amp.

Yep, but would be a waste of $$$ imo.  To each there own.  These r less 3".  Save a 1/2 inch?   In hats maybe big.

Yep may be a waste but would just like to know . might be a trick to run your 41v's in a hat . I'm really happy with my B9 150's and am considering another pair of the 140v's .

I used the nbox with the "active " for over a decade,  always open.  Love the sound, size and the ease of operation. Never tried/consider hat mounting.   But Would deff try/do hat mounting with the 150's.  One for there price and second they sound great.  Had the 150's,  sold the caps kept the bodies.  Bought them for fun.  Didn't know about the compatibility.   Sound good, fit and finish could b better, and shipping was horrible.   Hope they addressed the last 2.  Tony was great.  All good for now,  we will see in 10 yrs.  Prices change? ?
