Help with pasting together wav file tracks
« on: March 11, 2006, 01:50:34 PM »
I have an audience recording on cd and I've re-used the minidiscs  ::)

I want to stitch the recording together so I can re-master it.
I've EAC'd the cds and have the tracks as separate wav files.

Can anyone advise how to reconstruct 1 wav file per cd ?

Currently I use Wavelab Lite and Nero Wave Editor.

TIA  :)

I use wavemerge.  I think eac can do it but not sure how.

I don't know if EAC can merge after ripping, but it will extract a single WAV from a range of tracks.  Select all the tracks, then Action | Copy Range | Uncompressed.  The result is a single WAV file containing all tracks.
