I just have to pass along some info! My M-1 had some digi noise on playback...It was time to get it adjusted. I bought my M-1 from Dlaepro with an extended warranty and had Pro-digital take a look at it. I drove down to broomall where pro-digital was they stopped what they were doing just to fix my dat and I was on my way home two hours later!!!
Talk about service!!!!!!!!Thanks to Jamie at dale pro and a Huge thanks to Paul at Pro-digital!!!!!!!!

They are the best. They have repaired and serviced for me several times over the years my R500, Tascam 20, and M1s, fast turnaround and reasonable prices. Also replaced a burned out CD burner in my Alesis Masterlink and upgraded the hard drive.
