I just use a couple of toothbrush holders I bought at Target - they taper down slightly so that my caps never hit the bottom, they just stick about 3/4 of the way down... way less bulky to carry around in the bag I use.

I'm using my glasses case until I can find time to build one. Only 12 days til my first taping experience there are more important things than having a perfect case.
