MT and 4gb Record Time = 1:58 ????????

i just got a MT and i got a 4 gb microdrive
when i put the 4 gb drive in and set the MT at 24 bit, sample rate (Auto)
it tells me the record time left is 1:58
shouldn't it be more like 4 hrs???
am i doing something wrong or any ideas

ok maybe i am an idiot--its approx 4 hrs at 24/48 right, so is it giving me a approx time left based on 24/96?

I reported the issue to M-Audio, and would recommend you do the same.  After the tech had me go thru cookie cutter steps to remedy the problem, he finally said that the developers were aware of the issue and were working on a fix.

M-Audio even gives the times you *should* be able to record (keep in mind 2GB file limit) in page 18 of their manual -
