Anyone run this combo ? what do you think ?

I am running MG210/200>V3 right now. I still feel the V2>MME is a better match with the MGs, but the V3 is built like a tank and I feel like the furture looks brighter with the V3 (dual AES/EBU outs). The tapes with the V3 aren't bad at all, but rather unforgiving. Good location is the key for this combo. The V2>modSBM1 also sounds fantastic. The MME just feels like a cheap unit that would crumple like a beer-can in your hands. I also like the flexibility of the V3 since I can use it just as a pre and use another AD later if I wanted. I just want to try a 148 in front of the V3 and see how I like that. A bunch of friends have the MME and I can borrow one if really needed!
My decision really came down to ease of use, reliability, and ergonomics. The V3 is built for idiots, like me. ;D Just my opinion... I may be adding a modSBM1 at some point for the hell of it since it still sounds very good with the MGs...
