Title: High Pass Filter??

I just got my v2 today and was wonderig what the high pass filter does, why would I use it, ect... Any help would be great. ;)

For stealth, why 4022 > V2 > M1 instead of 4022 > V3 > M1?  Footprint is basically the same size - you afeared of being seen with the blinking lights or some such?

what Moke said... only use position 2 if you need to use it and only use it when the bass is very, very heavy. I really try not to use it at all.

I believe Scott Brown had good luck with DPA customer service when one of his 4022s started flaking out

a good rule of thumb is, if you can feel the bass in your chest, use the rolloff

With MBHO's too much bass is rarely an issue; thanks for the info.
