Title: SCMS Help with transfer

I tried Soundforge cool edit ..I got a dat that has scum on it..I can clone the dat thats not a problem..But when i try to record it  doesnt get a signal at all ..Thanks for any help...

Its in the soundcard I tried my other soundcard with no problems..
