Is there any software that give me the possibility of mix 2 cam sources for the same concert?

DaVinci Resolve. It's a full-featured pro video editing suite, and it's free. There are tons of great tutorial videos for it on YouTube.

I've used Sony Vegas for about 20 years now, from what I hear it's pretty similar to DaVinci Resolve and many other editing programs.  There are lots of tutorials on YouTube, but one of the best ways to learn is to just drop your videos into the timeline and start experimenting yourself.
