hey, I was having some trouble awile back getting a "buffer is not filled with valid data" error. Some people here advised me to turn up the latency. I had the setting then at 500-something smp. I turned it up to around 1500 smp and the last four concerts I recorded I had zero problems.
This afternoon I was testing out the rig for the weekend and the message reappeared. I checked and I was still at the same latency setting(1500). I powered down, disconnected cables, then reconnected everything and started again, then I upped it to around 2000 smp. now things seem to be going smoothly.
my question is, since the setting will go all the way up to 3000 smp, is there any reason to NOT max this out, just in case??
