Funny, I was just about to start this very same thread. I'm going to be in the market for a 3 channnel (at least) mixer after the holidays and the price difference between this and the SD 302(?) is making the promix look a lot more appealing.
The size is nice ( I don't stealth anymore) so it'll sit nicely in my bag, but I'm kinda iffy on the adjustable gain? It just doesn't seem to be as variable as the 302, I could be very wrong. And the internal baterry supply is nice, I would be curious as to the actual powering time using rechargeables though. It also doesn't look to be as sturdy as the Sound Devices gear, not that I abuse stuff...but things do happen. I'm figuring I'll be able to pick one up at the end of January (unless the birthday fairie hooks me up!) so I'll be sure to let you all in on the details.

not comes even close to other 3 channel mixers which made for eng use , waist of money who need professional design
