Title: Carbon Top Plate for Thorens TD 150

I swapped out the green top plate for a carbon one I made up. It is made out of 3mm carbon fiber. I doubt that the top plate does much if anything for playback but it sure looks pretty.

Thoughts? Green or Carbon?

I think the carbon definitely has that more subdued classy look to it. Not sure if one is better than the other depending on what one is going for in the "style"

a glass of bourbon would look right at home with the carbon in the background

carbon top plate is definitely more my style.  the green just pops a bit too much.

I liked the green but i wanted to try out the carbon. With 3m adhesive it should add to the depending of the table, too.

My 12 year old son made the final choice by indicating that the carbon was better than the green.he did not like the green.
