What is good software to stream live from shows

Posted the same over at ratdog.org, ideas?

~using a laptop, preferably free, my laptop battery lasts six hours and i can tether internet to it (through iphone), hopefully letting it stream shows live, like owsley on his iphone, but i would use my taping rig, hopefully you guys could help out with ideas, if possible by tomorrow night so i could do a practice run with keller williams, before furthur and ratdog

www.ustream.tv ..... get a USB interface and plug your rig in..... you should be good to go, granted the iPhone can provide a fast enough connection.
