What tha Hell!!!!
« on: January 05, 2005, 07:24:38 PM »
 >:(Last night I taped hot buttered rum and I thought ever thing went fairly well even though I had a couple drop outs in the second set. Well, I get home and hit play on my NJB3 and I get no sound but the wav file seems to be all there. Now I know the NJB3 well not record w/o a signal and I had both signals working in my UA5  and my NJb3 showed a signal in both cahnnels. Whut the fuck is goin' on!!!

I know I've done a similiar thing when I saw I had levels fine on the JB3 but it somehow got paused/stopped so I only had a few seconds.   Sounds simple, but check the file time length/size?

Try downloading "soundhack" for free. Open it in soundhack and it will tell you if there is no header. Then you can savea copy as WAV. It might rescue your data if there even is any...

Okay, I finally hooked my NJB3>firewire>pc and uploaded via playcenter. I found out the whole 1/st set is missing and the first two songs of the second set are missing too. This weekend I got to examine my set up and see whut the fuck is up!!!

I am putting together a book of common JB3 errors and their solutions to possibly post here..Hope it goes well man. +T for your troubles.
