Is this a good UA5 deal?

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy a used UA-5 (digi modded or unmodded) I came across this ebay auction, but not so sure about the "as is" part. Is it a good deal IF everything works and is in a good condition?

A lot of people put that in there just to make sure everyone knows it is used, but you are right, they are not very specific on the actual working aspect of it other than "great condition".

he says it works too and being he has like 250 +/100% feedback he is prob just covering his butt
