Anybody ever used their NiMH rechargables?

i've been using some 1500mah cells (4pack w/charger) for a couple of years now.  Just bought some new ones the other day.

they work fine

Cool.  +T to both of you.  I bought some 1800mAH today and wanted to make sure they weren't horrible before I opened them.

Mike,

Unless Ratshack has changed what they've been selling, I'd dump that RS charger quick.  I got a charger and battery set from RS couple years ago.  Charger was supposed to be intelligent, but it was far from it.  Taped a moe show after having used the RS batteries 4-5 times and the batteries died after 45 minutes.  Turns out the crappy charger fried the batteries with less than a half dozen uses.  Get one of the intelligent chargers from thomas distributing.  From what I found the RS batteries are fine, but the chargers are worse than useless.
