Insert a marker where you want the tracks (cmd-m or edit > add marker).  After putting them all in, go to Edit > Create Regions from Markers.  And finally, File > Export > Regions to Audiofile.

there is no set marker cmd in the edit menu, nor does hitting open apple m do anything

Hmm....maybe this feature is absent in Spark ME.  That's how it works in both LE and XL, though...

Just bumping this old thread for any other new Mac users...

I spent 2 hours last night pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to make track splits in Spark XL, John's simple one line answer above is a lifesaver!

my usual 24/96 routine in spark:

1. open all files from 722 in spark
2. open new 24/96 file in spark
3. paste in the separate 722 files into the 1 new spark file

now i have the multiple 2 gig files in 1 file there

4. track
5. export 24/96 tracks
6. resample to 44.1
7. dither and export (or export then use batch converter for dither..i usually just do that since i like then batch converter). 

(the only thing i don't like is that resampling on an intel machine takes forever since it's powerpc code and not intel code...)
