I couldn't find info in the FAQ about who works on these....
So, a few weeks back....I broke off the optical input plug of my JB3. In the picture below....all 5 of the "feet" that hold the plug came off. I attempted to solider it back onto the board with 15 watt iron. It was a pretty simple repair actually...but now it won't take a optical signal. Any thoughts? should I reset?

Mine just broke the 2nd time I used the port. Havent even taped with it yet. I have a whole rig built around it and Im screwed. It still is under the 30 day warranty luckily but I dont have the box. They hopefully will take care of me.
