No warranty.   I'd be skeptical of one of these.  Right now it's at approx. 94.10, plus you still have to supply a drive. 
I'd stick with a refurb one.

Had to laugh at this:
"Unfortunately due to a shortage we are unable to provide replacement rubber feet for the unit."  I lost two of mine soon after I got mine.  Seems these are like gold....I haven't found any.

I add a look at Ebay for JB3s the last few weeks, and this seller/shop (from UK) is regularly selling JB3s. There are offers with HD, but he never sells with batteries and you have to get cables separately.
There's also the refurbished ones from Creative (with warranty), but this apparently applies to US/Canada only (most people here are from US , but some like me are from Europe ...)
