Probelm with 6 disc changer

My Onkyo six disc changer has recently shit the bed and will not play. The disc player conbtinues to rotate and will not settle with one disc and play. ANy ideas? Thanks.

My guess would be the transport needs replacing.  I doubt it is electrical.
