Title: Help with downloading from livedownloads

I deleted a set from kimock' show from  12 30 16  by mistake, trying to download the show has not gone well, can someone help me, please? Maybe walk me through it?I am having issues downloading from livedownloads, anyone  who has experience please help. Bob and Melanie
