« on: September 20, 2010, 11:24:35 PM »
Hi all,
Any info on 24-96bit flac encoding, will be great appreciated.
I have v1.7.1 etree edition and it won't encode my
24-96bit wav files.
Thanks for your time,
Fred

Try using Traders Little Helper.

http://tlh.easytree.org/

It's free and more feature packed than FLAC Frontend is.  You'll find TLH to be VERY popular amongst Windows users here.  It does 24/96 without any problems.

most likely, you are using an old version of FLAC.  If you upgrade to v1.2.1, you shouldn't have any troubles.  Trader's Little Helper, mentioned above, is a great program and uses the latest version of FLAC.  but if you want to continue to use FLAC Frontend, if you upgrade to FLAC v1.2.1, you shouldn't have any issues.
