Topic: Looking to upgrade my rig. Where to start?

Here's what I'm using. A pair of Shure SM94s> Tascam US122L> Sound Forge 10 or Audacity on an HP G62 laptop. The computer has an Intel i3 Processor and is straight out of the box, no new sound card or anything. I guess my question is; what should I upgrade first? My budget is usually only a couple hundred bucks at a time, so new mics might take a while to save for. I've already got stands, clamps, clips, and cables. Any ideas or tips would be much appreciated.
