just worked a World Poker Tour event in Miami and couldn't believe the amount of players with these 'beats' headphones on. Though with a 10k buy-in, im not at all surprised by these folk pissing money away. Must be nice ::)

Once sales of the 'Dr Dre' line drops off, they could move to a new marketing angle to sell their crappy headphones.  This would be the 'Heartbeat' line...this model is the 36D.

I see AKG is going with a similar marketing strategy. They now offer a Quincy Jones line including a Kawasaki racing green 701 model.

I’ve had a few weird experiences and a few close brushes with total weirdness of one sort or another, but nothing that’s really freaked me out or made me feel too awful about it. - Jerry Garcia

Bah! 34C tops ;D

That's true Gil.

The marketing department says for best product life-cycle, you gotta release the lower end products first and work up to the big stuff.

Model 40DD is being designed right now.  I've been researching the web for design input.

Truly classic.

Too bad this guy spent his hard earned $300 on those "beats" when he could have had some nice, transparent ATH-M50s for less than half that....  :P

sad sighting:

I'm thinking monster and/or dr. dre donated the headphones in exchange to be used in the videos.
