Just copy the files into a directory in your path.  Mine lives in c:\windows.  There should be a readme.txt with d/led files as well - I found it useful to read up on it.

Unless you're on mac/linux/unix/freebsd/whatever.  Then you have to ./config.guess, ./configure, and then make install (or sudo make install).
