Topic: Problems burning to CD

Entry level question here:

I am having a problem when burning downloaded shows to cd (700MB).  I am using Nero.  All appears to burn fine.  However when I listen to the disc in any other player besides the computer, I have problems with the tracks.  The player will read the disc with the correct number of tracks, but when I go to advance past the first track, the player has problems reading tracks/times.  It combines 2 tracks into 1.  Example:  The disc is 5 tracks.  Track 1 is ok.  Track 2 is actually 2 and 3 combined.  Track "3" is 4 and 5.  Tracks "4 and 5" have nothing.  The disc ends before they play.  The entire set is there, not tracked properly.  I have this problem on any player I take the disc to except when I play it back in the computer, then it reads all the tracks correctly.  Any help would be great.   Thanks in advance for helping a newbie,
