Any problems with ebay jb3 batteries?

Anybody ever had a problem with jb3 batts purchased on ebay? Anybody ever get screwed? I'm worried I'll get well used batts that won't hold a charge.

Keep an eye out at Creative's site.  I just bought a brand spankin' new one from them about 2-3 weeks ago.  You can enter your email and they'll send you a msg when they are instock(which is never for very long).  I'd recommend this way rather than ebay.  Most of the batt's I see on ebay seem to come from overseas(not the USA) and seem to be overpriced, especially once shipping is considered.
