NICE! I knew you wasn't scared  ;D
I know you like, tape for people's approval and stuff, and wave your tapes around like they're your dick...  but even you can't actually think section tapes from philips sound good.

I'd love to hear the listening group's thoughts as to what the Grado rs-1s sound best through. Let me know if you guys want to add some rs-1s to the mix. -Charlie

like the last time, I'm sure we'll mostly be listening through Carl's speakers.  its just a lot easier when there's a group of us.  that said, I will bring my RS-2's along, and maybe we can do some comps with that as well.  while not the RS-1's, I'd venture to guess that the RS-2's are pretty similar to your RS-1's :)

and of course, afterwards, we'll all be sharing our thoughts...

Jason: That would be awesome! I've had the rs-1s for over 6 mos now, but have been trying to get more info before buying an m902 etc to run them through. They sound grate right out of my luxman, but would love to hear what some real gear makes them sound like. Thanks. (And the offer on the rs1s still stands...I've always wondered how close the 1s and 2s sound to each other.)

Would there be some interest in having us send out rca interconnects, a digital cable and a couple sets of speaker wires for the gathering?  Sounds like a fun time.

Tickets are dead to me.  Except the ones I have, don't have, and lost.  Not to mention the ones you have, don't have, and lost.   And the ones that other dude has, doesn't have, and lost.  Let me know if you need some tickets, I'm happy to oblige.
