Vinyl newb needs help with phono input

I am young enough not to have any real experience with records and want to "experience" them over my semester break, I have access to allot of good stuff on vinyl  . The issue is my Sony amp has no phono input, is there anything I can do with out finding another amp? Are there newer record players that can pipe to the amp via RCA plugs? Suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

These are a couple of turntables that have built in phono pre amps.  They'll work plugging directly into your receiver.
