Topic: What is the going rate on a used canon 20d body?

A friend of the family informed me that he is interested in selling his 20d body since he shoots entirely with his 5d body.  I'm sure it is several years old, however it is in MINT condition and I doubt it ever got used much (older gentlemen).  I'm not as familiar on used camera body rates as I am with audio gear.  A quick surf through the internet showed that the cheapest I could get a new 20d body was around $675.  He said make him an offer.  I don't want to lowball and look like a jackass, neither do I want to overpay.  Any suggestions on a price I should offer?
