Tekkeon MP3450 can power two different voltage devices at once

Just had one of these arrive today, it looks interesting:

I have to power my Korg MR-1 (5v) as well as a preamp or phantom power unit, and was trying to figure out how to do both with one battery, to cut down on clutter. 

Well, the new Tekkeon has one variable power out (5 - 19 v) and one fixed power out (5v - USB standard).  The fixed power out is in the form of a USB port so you can plug in any USB-powered device.  I think one of the adapter tips it came with will allow me to plug the Korg DC in into the USB port (not directly - the Korg won't run on USB power, only the DC in).  So, I should end up with a 5v to run the Korg, and a variable out to run whatever else I need to run.  And there's an extra add-on battery for longer duration shows/festivals. 

Will be trying it out tonight...

Tried it out last night and it worked like a charm.  One battery for my pre and the MR-1....nice to be able to simplify things for a change!

Got it at NewEgg, a lot cheaper than the Tekkeon site, only $115 (on the expensive side for a battery, but I also use it for my laptop and while travelling for other gear as well).

It looks as if MP3400 (and MP3300) cann't use the mp3450-10 (expansion battery). MP3450 is the only model, which can be extended with an add on. From their website MP3400 can run devices longer than MP3450 (without MP3450-10) http://www.tekkeon.com/site/products-mypall-faq.php

I guess MP3450 is only good if you plan to buy the MP3450-10 in the future. But if you don't plan to buy the extra add on it's best to get the MP3400.

The 3450 is the only that has the dual output (adding the fixed 5V USB out).

Would this be a solution for powering an MT 24/96 (@ 5v) and Deneke PS-2 Phantom (@9v) with MBHO 603's? Any idea how long this rig would run?

Are the voltage outputs ground isolated from each other (i.e. transformer based)?
