Using Delay in soundforge
« on: April 01, 2007, 04:16:54 PM »
trying to make a matrix with a sbd & aud recording using soundforge. I have both sources open in soundforge & am looking for the way to add some delay to the sbd.  I tried to get by without it & you can hear it in the kick drum & a tiny it in the vocals.

Generally, you would just move the SBD source later in time along your time ruler in the edit window. I'm not a Soundforge user, so I cannot help with the particulars though.  Keep in mind, however, that you will also have to correct for drift if these two source come from different recorders.
