I bought this software a while ago. I really like it for burning audio CD's. I have been having problems with it recently and have been trying to contact them for technical support. But, it looks like they are MIA 

I have e-mailed every e-mail address I see on the site. They all come back as undeliverable.
I have called the listed phone number... It is a plastic surgery clinic, now.

I've Googled like crazy... but there is no info on what happened to this software or this company.

If anyone has info about this software or this company, please let me know.

Maybe some of those names mentioned there will provide a trail to follow. It does not look promising unless someone has taken over the brand and is supporting it. Maybe time to move on.

The latest GoldenHawk CDRWin release 4.0g supports XP. It works with one of my burners, but not the other. I used a hacked version for a couple years. I used it enough that I decided to buy the license less than a year ago, because I liked it so much. I was supposed to get technical support for one year, but the software developer is MIA...

I probably last bought an upgrade around 2002 and kept using whatever version it was until last year. I've since upgraded most of my PC, burner included, so I doubt the old version I used would recognise my new drive anyway, and I don't think my old key would work for the latest version. Since upgrading I've been using Imgburn for almost everything, and Burrrn for audio. Loved CDRWIN though, it was pretty flexible once you worked it out.

I've used Golden Hawk's CDRWin for many, many years now, and am currently using a 2008 version on Windows XP Professional.

I haven't found any other Windows software so far that can burn disc-at-once CDs from the same type of CUE sheet used by CDRWIN. Since I'm now using a newer CD writer than CDRWIN supports, I had to give it up, and am now using Adobe Audition. It uses an XML-based file which has all the capabilities of a CUE file, but in a different format.

Actually what Audition does when it burns a CD based on one of these "CDL" files is to go to the indicated source wave file(s) and create a series of temporary, hidden wave files from which it then burns the CD. That requires more disk space, but it allows the program to do several things that CDRWIN couldn't: It can start a recorded track somewhere after the start of a WAV file, it can record the parts of a large WAV file onto a CD out of order if you want, and it can repeat any part(s) of the contents of a WAV file.

I've also verified that the tracks it creates are seamless.

Feurio can also burn from cue sheets. Not sure if they are the same type cue sheets CDRWin used as I've never used CDRWin. Feurio also burns disc-at-once, can burn tracks in any order, burn two different files on two (or more) recorders simultaneously and probably more that I'm not aware of. I've looked at some other burning programs since I found Feurio but I always end up with Feurio as my go-to burning program.

I highly recommend at least trying Feurio. It's not freeware but you can test it as long as you want without purchasing but certain features (burning on multiple recorders simultaneously for example) are only available once a license is purchased.

EAC can also burn discs from cue sheets that it creates from extracted discs. (ie. you could use EAC to create a cue sheet from a disc burned a while back with CDRWIN, and burn a disc copy).

Second, the TITLE command for CD-Text doesn't work.

I've been bugging Nero about this for a few years but they haven't fixed it yet...

FWIW, CDBurnerXP (freeware) also supports cue sheets, DAO, track ordering, as well as a bunch of other stuff.  Don't think it burns different discs simultaneously, though.
