Topic: SF 7 MS decode ???

I have SF 7.0 and have recently bought some TL's and I was thinkin' about tryin' MS sometime so I was checkin' out SF 7 and did not find a MS decoder. Am I missing some thing or do I have to d/l a pluggin or some thing? Thanks in advance for any info.

Please help!! I would like to try MS at HSMF but I have a UA5 so I have to decode in mastering my recording. I have Sony Sound Forge 7.0 but I don't see a decoder for ms. so can some one chime in on a pluggin for SF 7 or do I have to to get another 2 channel audio editing program. Thanks in advance.

In older versions of SF, the "Pan/Expand" built-in plugin handled M/S. If it doesn't exist in v7, just search for VST or DirectX plugins that have what you want.

Thank ya and +t for your help MattD!! And yes SF 7 has it I just did not know where to look. Any one have any suggestions on how to use MS outdoors. Like ideal sitituations for MS, distances, type of music(vocals/no vocals), etc. I was thinkin' about runnin' MS for snakin' out on one of the samller stages at HSMF.
