I just got an email from Black Lion Audio http://blacklionaudio.com/index.html about them modding the Ultralite.  Below is my question and their response.

I was curious if you guys planned on modding the motu ultralite?  If so
would it be essentially the same mod (clock+analog stage) and the same price
as the motu traveler mod?  Thank you for your time,

Yes we do have plans to do that. It will be the same price as the 828.
