adobe audition problem
« on: July 07, 2007, 02:20:03 AM »
I haven't been able to get adobe audition to start at all today. I have traced back my steps and I think when I tried to uninstall Yahoo Messenger (which doesn't come up in add/remove programs but did starts up), it ended up hurting audition. When I tried to uninstall Messenger, my computer suddenly shut it self down and then did a chkdsk before starting up again. I don't remember trying to use Adobe Audition since then. Today I tried it and i can't get it to pop up at all. I had a pop-up that told me uninstall it. I tried several times but it always failed. I tried repairing it and it seemed to work but once it was done and I tried to get it to work again, I received the same pop up. I have tried to remove the problem manually and that didn't work. I have no clue at all what to do next. Any help would be great.
