Need recommendation for A/D converter

I have an Audiophile 24/96 soundcard and can run SPDIF out, but my monitors only have analog XLR in. Want to make the most of my digital output on my card. Need to find something that will convert my SPDIF or USB 2.0 out into an analog XLR signal that is worthy of my monitors. suggestions?
