I have a Bose Acoustic Wave and the battery that I bought for it is a 12V 8000mha. It has an weird connector to get the power from the battery to the unit - but, my question is....can I get a custom cable made that will operate my Apogee Mini Me and my Tascam HD-P2? Will that still send 12v to both the Mini Me and the HD-P2 or is the voltage split in half or other issue? Thanks.

If split the battery will still supply 12v.

That's so awesome. So, how long can I run the Mini Me and HD-P2 for on a full battery. It's an Nimh battery - does that mean anything? Like, it's dead right now, no charge. I've only used it once. How do I care for it so that it runs properly.

I am no good a figuring out run time, I can only tell you you can split the battery.

IF you want a truly accurate time, then do a run time test yourself. Even with formula I would only trust that to be 80% accurate and then battery condition comes into play. Brand new is not the same as say two years old. So, of you really want to know do it yourself and them you KNOW for sure.

That battery NEEDS "broken in"!!! I have a Powerex AA/AAA charger thats actually has a "break in" option. BUT, if you dont have that option with your charger, If I were you, Id cycle that battery AT LEAST 5 times to do your own "break in" ;) A "cycle" is when you charge, then discharge the battery. Do that 5 times and THEN run battery runtimes ;)

This is good advice.
