Does anyone else think the HP4 is not transparent?
I ran the following config and really thought the low end was missing.
I'm not sure if there is a low end cut or a boost in the mids, but it did
not sound anything like without the HP4 in the chain.
Audiophile 24/96 > RCA* > HP4 > RCA* > Yamaha HS80M
* RCA to TRS adapters were used where required
