mic stand adaptor question
« on: October 29, 2003, 11:02:53 AM »
I have a Manfrotto 004BAC stand and I've lost the adaptor to mount a t-bar.
I know the t-bar has a 5/8" mount,  but I dont know the exact measurment of the stand(it is smaller, like maybe 1/4" or 3/8").

I'm hoping to hit the local hardware store at lunch to find an adaptor.

anyone know the size?

I talked to the company the stand was from and was told it was a 3/8" thread...I was also told good luck finding it in a hardware shop as the threading on the stand is different.
oh well, the part is ordered and should be here tomorrow or friday at latest.
