Could not resist. Bought the MC-59 'S' version. Matched pair cardiods. Takes 2 months delivery.

Ugh, really wish someone would buy my MC 49s so I could buy these...

waiting patiently but unfortunately the lack of a marketable brand name is inhibiting the sale (my theory only)...meanwhile anyone with a decent set of ears knows these mics are phenomenal. The Nevaton price has been slowly increasing over the years. I wonder if they would just add on $1,000 to the retail price and perhaps people would start to take them a bit more seriously? Every review you can find of these mics always has them coming out as performing way above their price point. Real deal mics folks.

Anyway, if I had the money freed up, I'd be all over these.
